so yesterday. i get the call for supper, i walk into the kitchen, and find 4 new people there. i thought this only happened in my family...they were just over for supper though. there was also one additional child i did not know about until i left the room and returned, and there he was. i ended up eating a ton of food, and after getting up and walking upstairs to assist my digestion, i found myself watching despicable me in German with two young children. fine with me, the others all stayed downstairs drinking and chatting...is it sad that this is a suitable alternative to me?

going away again on a week long road trip, going to be staying in hotels along the way. potentially no internet for up to a week, don't panic, i will be back on the weekend (hopefully). we're driving up to see Hamburg. this last week we were in Munich. in 2 weeks, i will be in Berlin. awesome. but yeah, the point remains. sketchy internet at best. i'll try to post daily, but beware, we may have a recurrence of the massive post from a couple days ago. you have been warned.
